FOTD
So I've had my Stila Smudge Pot in Kitten for awhile now but never really used it. Honestly, I don't really know what to use it for. I've tried it as a base-POINTLESS, I've tried it as a liner-POINTLESS as well. I paid big bucks for this thing so I have to at least use it for something. I gave it another chance today and used it as my lid color (in order for it to really show up, I had to use to good amount)and to my surprise, it looks quite lovely. So here's my look..
I applied Kitten all over the lid and the inner portion of my bottom lid and then used a bright orange color from my 78-Color NYX palette. I then went over the outer corner/crease with my MAC single shadow in Glamour Check!. So with that said and done, here's my fotd.
For My FACE I Used:
- Merlot Grapeseed Moisturizer
- ModelCo Face Base Skin Primer
- Coastal Scents Camo Quad Concealer in Medium
- Revlon PhotoReady Foundation in 006
- Revlon PhotoReady Translucent Finisher
- Bronzer and Luminizer from my Tarte's Makeup Treasure Chest
- The Second Blush Color from my Tarte's Makeup Treasure Chest
(refer to my previous post for swatches)
For My Eyes I Used:
- Aromaleigh's Shadow Base
- Stila's Smudge Pot in Kitten
- Orange shade from my 78-Color NYX Palette
- MAC's single shadow in Glamour Check!
- Maybelline Line Stiletto Liquid Liner in Blackest Black
- Hard Candy's Ginormous Lash Mascara in Blackout [LOOVE!]
For My Lips I Used:
- Carmex Lip Balm
- Revlon Lipstick in Soft Nude 070
- MAC Creme Dazzleglass in Soft Dazzle

Coastal Scent's Camo Quad in Medium
I've had my eye on this concealer for awhile now. I've read/watched a few reviews on this and everybody seems to like it. I've been needing a new concealer anyways. I was previously using Nyx's concealer in a jar. We have a love-hate relationship but lately I've been hating it more than loving it. So I've moved on to my new camo quad.
the right color suits me best
I've been testing it out everyday for about a week now and can honestly say that I'm liking it so far. It's nice and creamy, blends very nicely, and at the end of the day it's not sitting into my crease. Coverage is great too. I'm quite satisfied with it =) The only downfall is that there's three other colors that I'll probably never use. But so far, so good.

My new Best Friend
let me introduce you guys to my new best friend...
blogger friends, this is my new best friend.. Tarte's Cheek Stain in Eco-Chic!
she's a beauty and she makes me look absolutely beautiful as well. A $30 investment that's soooo worth it. Hands down, this is the best blush I've EVER used. It gives you this beautiful glow that looks so incredibly natural. AND...it stays on all day! I love this thing. I like it so much that I went ahead and ordered me two more in tipsy and dollface. I'll get a fotd posted up as soon as possible. This product is amazing =)

Product of the Day...Revlon Colorstay Mineral Eye Shadow
I bought these on clearance at Walgreens for less than 3 dollars each. I really like these! The colors are so light and luminous. They give off a soft healthy glow. I've been wearing these a lot on days that I dress down. Would I repurchase this product? probably yes.

Product of the Day...EOS Lip balm
EOS lipbalm in Summer Fruit
This is a somewhat new thing that's taken all lip balm lovers by surprise. This lip balm is quite interesting because unlike most lip balms/chapsticks, it comes in a spherical, egg-shape thingie. No twisting, no finger dipping, what you see is what you get. Despite it's cool shape, what really counts is in the inside and honestly, I'm not liking it too much....
According to its website, this balm is 95% organic and 100% natural. It promises long lasting moisture and will keep lips looking and feeling healthy. I was really excited about trying this. To my disappointment, it wasn't that great. I had to go over my lips with the balm about 5 to 6 times before being satisfied. One swipe will leave a thin layer of almost nothing there. It isn't long lasting either. Would I purchase it again? Nope. I'll just stick to my Burt's Bees Chapstick =)
That's it for now folks..Toodles!! ^_^

Maybelline Eyestudio Swatches and Reviews
I just happen to own three of these and thought I'd share some swatches with you guys =)
Copper Chic
Irresistibly Ivy
Sapphire Siren
and these are the swatches...
top row: Sapphire Siren
middle row: Copper Chic
bottom row: Irresistibly Ivy
My first impression of these were, "WOW! they're gorgeous!!"..but after using them, they're just "okay". The colors are very shimmery, not an overpowering kind of shimmer but a rather pretty shimmer. I think they are very pretty. BUT...the colors don't apply on the shades they appear to be. When you swatch them on your hands/arms, they're super pigmented but when applying onto the eyelids they kind of loose that bright color appearance and instead show up kinda dull and blah. I find that it's better to apply them with the sponge applicators that they come with because you can very easily brush the colors off if using a brush. The only shades I really like are the highlighting shades. They're perfect for applying near your inner tear ducts and just beneath the brow. Would I repurchase this? probably not.
Here's a quick EOTD using the Sapphire Siren Palette. (like I said, not very true to its color)
